Othello, Messenger of The Autarch stood silently as he conveyed the the results of previous conversations with the TFU. Presently The Autarch's voice surrounded him, a melodicly thick baritone.

"Make it so Othello. This will be an excellent test for Ambassador-XD. Assess the veracity of the Federal Union's discovery, and see what can be obtained for the Commonwealth."

Othello bowed before the throne and The Autarch, watched by dozens of the Varangian Guard. He replied, in a stuttering buzzing voice.

"I will..........do as you command...........All Hail The Autarch."

He then stood and moved to leave the Throneroom, as he did, the Varangain Vodalus nodded to one of his men, who followed Othello.

With that message the large luminous mid way station in the debt of the black star filled sky, under went massive preparations . People rushed around the promenade setting up buffet tables , bars the works food was being prepared all around the base the smell of sweet foods filled the promenade air .
New decorations were put the sound of work could be heard on the habitat decks.

The Station commander was barking orders to random officers and engineers “Get those presidents seals up , and those tables!!! Move E’m over there “
he pointed , then saying again “Get that air lock wiped down I want that thing so clean I could eat off of it!!!”

Othello responded to the message sent by the Federal Union:
