Today, at about 6AM Eastern Standerd Time, the Osean Federal Armed Navy, or OFAN, has signned a large contract with Emeraldia Company and Stevenson Incorporated. The exact details are unknown as of today, but the Osean Naval Delegate to the Press annouced it would "Change propulsion in our E-Boats and D-Boats, along with adding on a new weapon to both the OFAN and OSAF." With this report, Witzgall had annouced that its company of Mattia Incorporated had worked with both Emeraldia and Stevenson on a large-scale project, the status of what this project was is still a mystery.
Later that day the Naval Delegate to the Press met with Stevenson and Emeraldia representatives. "So, are we clear on what is needed done?" He asked them. "Of cource." Said the Emeraldia Representative.
The OSAF (Osean State Air Force) Representative stepped forward and said "When do we get our ten squadrons?" The OFAN Rep. also asked the same, but only said five squadrons. "Soon, very soon." Said the Stevenson Representative quietly.
The Osean Federal Armed Forces (OFAF) Representative was there, and that was the Navy, Air Force, and Army. No Marvy Force. The three representative knew why. In order to get what they wanted, they needed one less military branch that would take away a 120 billion dollar budget from themselves. Capitalizm had finally hit the military, but what was this new drive and weapon that they had to destroy an entire branch to get? And what would happen if nearly ten million got disbanded becouse of this.
