Our president, they do not haveta be there, will be in our President's 767 can be there when ur ready to recieve us, the Male members of the 1st family and guards are ready to go on and the Female members and guards are prepared to go on another 767. Fighters will be escorting both planes until they reach your territorial waters and airspace, the fighters and then when they come out of your territoral waters/airspace.
This is standard policy for escorting VIP's around the air.

"Perfect. 2 Ankhmeti 'nano-aug' Men In Black will be the Head of State's guards.They do not require any weaponry. The Leader will be arriving a day early and leaving after the after-party. He will be taking nobody but his guards to the wedding.
