(Pharamas Times) Today in the barren, un-inhabitated lands of the Etosian desert in Tocrowkia, the sky was filled with a bright, glorius light that could of only been produced by a nuclear arm.

The Northern Nation States Government congratulates the Tocrowkian people on its sceintific achievment but cautions The Tocrowkian government that these devices can cause untold death and destrcution, We hope that you will think at length before ever using your newfound knowledge for war.

We thank you for you're concern, but it is not needed. We are a responsible goverment, and shall only use these new weapons if we absolutely need to.

I agree with Sephrioth. Nuclear weapons are dangerous, cause un-necessary harm to the environment and destroy thousands of lives. So dismantle them within 3 months or suffer the consequences! (that was an ultimatum)

1)Other goverments are allowed to have Nuclear weapons, so why shouldn't we?

2)We are not a Rogue nation, and we only plan to use our new weapons for self defense.

Pterodactylus stands by it's ultimatum. If Tocrowkia does not dismantle it's nuclear weapons within 2 months, Pterodactylus (and possibly Sephriothian) peacekeeping troops will enter the country in order to facilitate disposal of these vile weapons. If you respond to this effort to maintain world security by launching your new warheads, you will be invaded.

The Borderlands of Pterodactylus has decided that nuclear weapons are a danger to life as we know it, and hereby requests neotigations (sp?) with Towcrowkia to ensure that they will not be used except under dire circumstances. The formation of Army Group Takinawa has been completed compromising off the following:

8th Armoured Division
89th Mechanised Infantry Division
3rd Mechanised Infantry Division
65th Infantry Division
7th Marine Division
1st Paratrooper Division

Totaling combat capable at: 90.000(support personal on site: 270.000)

Detachments of the Grand Armada have been assigned to protect the transport fleet and a sizeable number of aircraft have been attached to Army Group Takinawa.

Mobilisation and full deployment will be ready in two months.
