The Chairman, in a private speech, was talking about the world now when a question was raised:
"How do you feel about capitalist nations?"

Chairman: "As far as I'm concerned, the cappies can go fruck it! The system never works."

When asked about absolute socialism:
"Socialism? It can't be implemented except in a tribal society."

When asked about communism:
"Communism leads to poverty, famine, and war."

This highlights PRSA's system of socio-capitalism in which you are free to make money in retail and manufacturing...up to a point.

What a poor corrupt nation... you still should have accepted full Sebecean Annexation, but i guess your nobles were the only smart ones... hell they get to rule the Protected Monarchy of the Royal Sel Appian Peoples, or Royal Sel Appa.

The Confederacy of Lachenburg has been extremely offended by the words of your Chairman and warns that restircted approaches to a capitalist economy usually end up in high inflation, unemployment and low consumer confidence.

I seriously hope your hypocritical Chairman changes his views on capitalism so that the poeple he leads may have a chance to further prosper.

XGA Kirby is hospitalized in a part of northern Sel Appa: Fizroe Island...most of the other people from the old government are there too. It is part of the PRSA, but is allowed autonomy...to a degree.
