Star date 87610.21 , its been 2 years since our ship has been launched the newest of the galaxy class star ships, the USS Gradinco we’ve been on our shake down cruise for a year now, and we have just completed a mission in the typhoon expanse sector, we are heading back to Space dock for new orders .
the captain leaned over and tapped a button making beeping noise, as he taped the console. He sighed looking out at the luminous stars that passed by, the ship was rumbling along at full impulse towards the glorious lighten space dock , the station was huge star ships were going in and out of it freighters all over the place. Several moments passed as he galaxy class star ship rumbled in to space dock, the ship moved in towards the docking port , the magnetized port extending to the air lock of the ship, moment later making whooshing and mechanical sounds. After the ship had docked new officers arrived on board for the exploration mission , including some equipment . the Capitan sat back in his ready room speaking to his xo , he was saying “ya know bester we have a long mission ahead of us star fleet wants us to chart a lot of unknown territory” bester chuckled and said “well its better than sitting around patrolling all day” he put down a glass of Romulan ale, the captain yawned a bit looking out towards the darkness of space threw an open docking port in the space dock hull. He looked over to his xo and said “let us go in to the un known!” the xo nodded and rushed up to the bridge a door opening and closing behind him. The captain fallowed behind. The ship detached from the docking port and rumbled out several moment later stopping just out side the star base , the Capitan said “helm , set a course for sector 211.19 , Trans warp speed!” with that the ship warped out , in a glorious beam of light blue particles rushing behind it , accelerating passed warp 10 , with in a few hours it arrived over 45,000 lys away from USFU space to being exploring new domains .
