IC: Well, Scarfaces, what kind of alliance did you have in mind? A total alliance and joining of forces, or a agreement to help each other if we're in trouble?

If we become allies, you will have the support of the Imperial Deltan Military in any conflict, and 50% off in my storefront.

As an ally, shall I deploy Hawaiian Unit Peacekeeping Soldiers, and build a Hawaiian Military Base in Deltan Empire? This ensures our allies have our complete protection.

A Hawaiian military outpost is welcomed, as well as any troops you wish to send. In return, I shall order a Carrier Strike Force (1 Nimitz-class CVN, 2 Virginia-class CGN, 4 Arleigh Burke-class DDG, 2 Seawolf-class SSN) to take up station and patrol Hawaiian waters. As an ally of the Empire, you will be granted 50% off any purchases at Delta Aerospace Corp.

Xeraph would like to extend an invitation to TDE to exchange embassies. We have one for you in our capitol of Xeraphia. It is a 2-acre compound, with a HeloPad, Security Barracks, and a docking facility large enough to accomodate 3 naval vessals. You are permitted 100 staff, which includes your security forces. Security is allowed automatic weapons, sidearms, but no explosives. You may have 2 or 3 vehicles, armed if you choose.
Xeraph would like to build a small AirBase/Naval Base in TDE, able to hold 1 BattleCarrier, 1 Battleship, and 1 Destroyer/MissileShip. AirBase to accomodate 1 squadron ( 12 fighter jets).

We accept your alliance. A site for your airbase will be readied outside the city of Homer Glen. We will also build an airbase with the same number and type of aircraft at the location of your choice. i am also at war with any of your allies , and i can take you on , my people are raise from birth to kill , we are spartans of the new age.

the reason is purely conquest , and by tech what do you mean? what type of tech?

the Empier of Nebarri_prime is glade to here this and hopes that both nations will benifit grately from it as for the location of the air base it will be on the port city of Hask

OOC: nothing, its just that if it is different, it opens up a wider range of allies to support and be supported by

this allience is little more than a group of millitary forces that grouped up for protection as fare as it went it has little perpis left with the new allience but yes it is different and can still be of use to us in the future
