:Tape starts, showing seven masked men in brown carrying AK-47s and long knives. King Caliph VI of Arabislam walks into picture followed by two more masked men with knives to the back of blindfolded Prime Minister Cartier. King Caliph VI steps forward and speaks.:
"To the Republic of Emassiue, we have warned you! We have given you three chances to hand over the 2 billion dollars and you refused. We asked nicely and now I am through being nice."
:The King motions to the men behind him and the beheading commences. It is very quick-one swing of a sword, and Prime Minister Cartier is dead.:
King Caliph VI speaks again. "I am very sorry this had to happen. An-Kharu, my terrorist organization, does not fool aound however. That is all."

The Kingdom of Malkyer strongly protests this barbaric action by the government of Arabislam. Said government's open support for terrorist organizations has for too long gone unrecognized by the international community, and Malkyer for one has decided to stand up and denounce Arabislam in the international forum for their barbarous practices and blatant disregard for basic human rights.
