The need has arisen for an all capable Cruiser , the union has commissioned space dock Alpha 1 over terran prime to produce the Insignia star ship, it would allow star fleet to be more flexible over 680 m in length this cruiser will ease the burden on older ships such as the MIRANDA class Excelsior class , Norway class , the ambassador class and the, Constellation class.

its smi cannon ... the weps are basicly cannon type 12 phasers photon and qauntum torps .. the only non cannon weps i have on there is a new type of torp and a type 15 phaser emitter , so its not to far off cannon
