How exactly do you have the funds for this project, as well as the rearmament of your military after you lost a war? Im sorry but these soldiers will be ignored by me. Besides, you need to do a little more role playing that this to get them to be recognized as true genetically altered soldiers.
ooc: I've got to agree with Nascent on this one. The way they are now and with your military budget of less then 2,8 billion make your development of genetic soldiers worth ziltch. You can barely feed a small defense force, not to mention your own people. Thus, you leave me no choise then to drag the ol' IGNORE cannon out in this thread. Sorry.

OOC: Genetic manipulation is future tech, and therefore ignored. We arent anywhere near the stage of genetically changing peoples' physical attributes.
