OOC: Whittier's RP policy

1. I don't mind puppets. But it would be nice if you would let me know.
Puppets are allowed in all my threads. As some people already know, even if I find out from someone other than the puppet owner, I still wouldn't care as long as the rp is good.
2. I generally don't rp future tech. Though that might change in the future.
3. Unless stated otherwise, in all threads started by me, I use the old 3.4 something billion pop of the former Whittier. Of course many of you already know this policy.
4. If I do rp with a future tech nation, then Pandora's Box becomes extremely vulnerable since PB was designed to deal with modern nuclear threats, not interstellar spacecraft.
5. My rps in on earth or another do not affect my nation's status on the other earths nor on the NS map.
6. As far as the WP, I will make attempts to induce new nations to join. Regarding the policy of requiring members to get my permission to leave said alliance, it depends on their rp capabilities. If I've rpd with them for a while and they have improved a lot and gained a good rep, then I tend to just let them leave of their own accord (such as IDF). If however, they make no improvements and continue to try GMd invasions of nonWP nations, I tend to crack down (Magdha) and if they try to leave, well, lets just say I up and outright invade them.

I will add more when I return from this field excersize in two weeks.

No problem. You would be exempted due to your rp history. One of the benefits of being absolute ruler over an alliance: you can make exceptions for people. :D

Haha, I feel special. Could you send/post a roster so I know who is in it? I do not want to be in an alliance with someone who I absolutley loathe.

When the new -Whittier hits 3.4 billion, are you going to change this policy?

Sure, but it will take me two weeks to approve the member application due to I am leaving in exactly one hour.
But the list is outdate anyway, most of the nations on it are either dead or no longer active except myself and RF and two nations who just joined recently but have not yet been added to the roster. (I purge the member rolls on a bi-monthly bases.) Purging the rolls keeps the numbers down, which is ok since the alliance shouldn't involved in peanus measuring contests. I mean you can have hundreds of nations in your alliance but, think about it, how many of them will still be around in like 5 or 6 months or even still be active.

Current WP members:
Whittier
Russian Forces
Lee Harris
Velopex

If you want I can just add yours. Since I will be gone and I haven't seen RF, I'll just put you in charge of WP for the next couple of weeks till I get back. Since LH and Velo are new members they are still in the "initiation" phase. There are a couple hundred thousand WP troops in each nation. As per rules, they shouldn't be allowed to invade anyone without WP permission. Standard policy is that if nation attacks someone without WP consent, the WP troops in their nation, oust their government. In this case it is mandatory that the ousted govt. be replaced with a socialist one.

By that time, it would be pointless. In case I didn't clarify, or some idiot does not have common sense. I don't use the 3.4 bill on any of the earths. But then again those who've rpd with me on those earths already know that.

You know, since you're in charge, that means they have to ask your permission before invading anyone. Just be sure to show them the rules stating where that's required.
