At the same time that the message went to Thomasien, twenty B-2B Spirit Stealth bombers took off from their bases in Cotland en route to Thomasien. In their bomb-bays, each carried 8 GBU-35 JDAM bombs. Enough to destroy all factories and shipyards in Thomasien. The pilots had been told that they were going to preform an pre-emptive strike unless the Thomasians backed down.
The same thing had been told to the sailors of the 11 remaining Velociraptor class destroyers currently en route to Thomasien. The sailors prepared the 'Pole-axe' Standard Land Attack Cruise Missiles carried aboard for launch against the capitol city and defensive positions in Thomasien. The Thomasians had already threathened Cotland. Now, they learn not to mess with Cotland!

Also, considering the terrible Thomasian economy (http://nseconomy.thirdgeek.com/nseconomy.php?nation=thomasien), we find it best that they don't try to strain it too much. It would be a shame if their factories and shipyards were to disappear in a huge ball of fire...
