ooc: This was brought up because the dictator of Kervoskia lied about a known terrorist. Upon further investigation it was discovered that he had commited more crimes. This may cause him to be overthrown. Here is a list of some of the things he's done:

4> Illegally made himself Lord Sovereign
5> Enslaved over 20,000 people on the colony
6> Made it a prison
7> Sent 30,000 there, 100 of them where old political rivals

9> Bribed officials in districts: 5, 6 , 10, 11, 35, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46, 50, 71, and 96
10> Killed all people who ran against him in last election
11> Attempted a coup in Gelvishland in an attempt to take it over
12> Embezzled 100 million kervoses from the Government
13> Pardoned 500 extremists from the Nationalist Party
14> Killed 2,000 members from the Reform Party
15> Disolved all parties but the Nationalist and Patrician
16> Had Socialist candidate Angelina Castellini killed, paid hitman 50,000
17> Monitored over 3,100 people from eleven districts
18> Held public executions without the Parliament's consent
19> Left the UN despite a 71-40 vote not to
