I like the render, but I think it's a tad - impossibly - overarmed.
I'd tone it down to a configuration like this:
20 Heavy Plasma beam cannons
2 Twin barreled Heavy Phased Plasma cannons
20 rapid fire Pulse Phased Tetryon cannons
10 heavy Tetryon cannons
20 Rocket (missile) 'tubes'
10 torpedo tubes
Still way more than I think a ship should ever have (especially torpedo tubes), but a compromise. Don't change anything on my advice, though, wait till more people give their input.

It looks like you took someone's DoGA fighter and jacked it up to 3km (No offense, but it seriously looks like a blown-up DoGA'ed fighter).

First off, nothing the size of a toaster could power that thing.
Secondly, how do you fit three bays, the reactors, crew, equipment, 180 fighters and transports, ammunition, shield generator, food, walkways, pipes, communications equipment, computing nodes and other essential elements into a body that slim?
Third, how do you fit that large amount (and arrangement) of weapons into that small little area, and power it with a reactor stuck in that tiny space?
Last, but not least, no offense, but you misspelled the title. The correct spelling is "Necromancer".
Oh, and what is the cruising speed (when not in warpspace) and the turning radius at said cruising speed?
These are serious questions, I would honestly like to know.

Well before you nit pic i accidently did the doga wrong ill correct it second off thats what the big brains say ok so dont flame me over that , and when its going at full speed .45c it cant manuver at that speed it can manuver at .4 c max ... not even sure if thats ok..

Watch it with the hostilities, I was asking serious questions. (Sometimes) I'm nice enough to give you advice and help you out, but whatever I say is mostly always met with screaming and flaming on your part.
Now for my next question:
Big brains? Who are the big brains? Not to nit-pick or anything, but you should at least know and understand the technology that you put into ships. By the way, that's advice, not a flame.
