"Greetings, nations of the world. I am King Harold III of the Generic Lands, Commander of the Royal Armies of the Generic Lands and the head of the Generic Parliament and Generic Government. For the past 3,000 years war has swept our lands and amde contact with the outside world impossible. Today I seek to establish relations wit foreign countries.
"The armies of the Generic Lands are not boundless, and we require additional security for our nation. We seek to purchase nuclear weapons, and with the nuclear deterrant no nation would dare to needless attack our great Sovereign State. We also seek friends and trading partners elsewhere in the world, to strengthen our economical and political situation. We hope that the world stage will welcome us and accept us, and help us to protect our borders and increase in prosperity"
