Background -
04/02/05 - President Al-Sahaf of the Gray Democratic States of Grays Hill declares his plans to annex the state of Slovenia following the collapse of the Democratic Republic of Vas Pokhoronim. Some 15,000 troops invade the same day.
05/02/05 - General Secretary Alexander Miroslav of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Hrstrovokia calls on the Government of Grays Hill to cease its invasion of Slovenia and begin withdrawl of all military units and enter into negotiations regarding the future of Slovenia. In his response hours later, President Al-Sahaf completely refuses to agree to any of Miroslav's requests.
05/02/05 - General Secretary Alexander Miroslav stands the Unified Hrstrovokian Armed Forces on high-alert and reiterates his request to enter into discussion with President Al-Sahaf, who continues to decline the offer. Miroslav gives the Government of Grays Hill 3-days to withdraw all military units deployed in Slovenia or face War.

08/02/05 - The Government of Grays Hill announces that if the SSRH should accept the Slovenian proposal, it would be treated as a claim on it's territory and subsequently a declaration of War would follow.
08/02/05 - The Government of Hrstrovokia accepts the proposal of the Slovene Government. The Ultimatum given by General Secretary Alexander Miroslav runs out. Grays Hill & Hrstrovokia are officially at War.

1. Slovenia incorporated into Grays Hill as an Autonomous Republic.
2. Hrstrovokia withdraws all military forces deployed in Slovenia.
3. Hrstrovokia & Grays Hill pay reparations to Slovenia for destruction caused by their forces. Reparations will be set at 300 Billion each.
4. Demilitarized & No-Fly Zones will be established on the Grays Hill-Hrstrovokian border.
5. Non-Aggression Pacts will be signed by Hrstrovokia with Truitt & Grays Hill.
6. Truitt shall recieve Czechoslovakia & the city of Raptior in Romania.
7. Grays Hill shall recieve Greece & Naval bases in Albania, Montenegro & Croatia.
