The Trials of Fabian War Criminals

[Story: I had just gone to war with Kahta and we've been able to sign a ceasefire, which is quite convenient for me because there are larger storms over the horizon, and in an agreement he's given me a batch of eight hundred "war criminals" with fabricated stories because he claims he has no war criminals. Now, I'm going to put them on trial for their warcrimes. Of course, it would take ages to try and condemn eight hundred war criminals, so I'm going to do five, and the rest are going to be assumed as tried and then executed. However, if you want to come in on the action and be one of the judged please apply - I will hold five judge positions, including myself:

Judge 1: The Macabees
Judge 2: Theao
Judge 3: Inkana
Judge 4: Brydog
Judge 5: Zarbia

The five criminals are charged with:

Antonius Fabus: The murder of political enemies, including at least one hundred proved killings. [evidence to be shown during trial]
David Fabus: The attempted genocide of isolated Jewish populations in the backwater of Kahta's territorial claims.
Robert Fabus: He ordered the mass progroms of Catholics in Kahtan territorial claims.
Anthony Davidson: One of the Czar's lieutenants, actually carried out the genocides.
Jerry Fabus: The murder of political enemies.

So, if you want to condemn them to death join in!]

Fair enough, welcome to the trials.

[OOC: If the demand is high we can always put more war criminals on the stand, or make five judges per criminal]

OOC: Have these characters actually done anything in actual RPs, or did you just make them up so it looks like you got something out of that war with Kahta that ended after about 3 hours of invasion?

[OOC: Long story actually. Kahta didn't want to lose the war, I offered him the deal that he would remain neutral in any future war with Mississipi and he would give me some nice war criminals (he gave me a batch of 800)... they have fabricated stories behind them...but I needed something.]

OOC: Oh right. So you let him wriggle his way out of a legit war? Pathetic. Truely pathetic (Kahta not you). *sigh*

OOC: No, we negociated peace, I believe he is going to attempt an invasion of Mississippi now.

The Republic would like to participate in this War Crime Trial; if not by sending a judge then by at least sending a spectator to watch the events and observe the methods used
