On the installation of Telsaris, floating in the space above New Garretstein, a celebration is being held for the creation of the capitol of New Garretstein, Jivares.

Fuhrer James Macpherson is holding a grand ceremony on the installation, any and all representing nations are free to attend, a feast will follow the ceremony, occuring emmediately after diplomatic parties are accounted for, tonight will be a remembered landmark in the history of this grand nation.

A dock for all incoming vessels will be on the capitol ship Mantis II, which will then dispatch a shuttle to the installation.

The pristine condition of the Mantis II was excentuated by the glare of the stellar sun, it's long body of sharp corners gave it the resemblance of a longsword. The black tinted glass was glare proof, showing points of pure void compared to the shining armour plating. On the left wing of the ship, near a window hidden behind a large, painted New Garretstein flag stood Macpherson, smoking a cigar and looking down at his nation. He took a deep drag and said to himself, "Wonderful, amazing that a nation that had so much could be destroyed, just to be reborn again..."
