OOC: While the prices for the older aircraft are fine, you will not be managing to sell F-16s for $1.5 million. Even used, when they first came out, that wouldn't work. In fact, your radar system alone should cost more than your aircraft does. A new F-16C/D Block 50 costs about $35 million for export customers, though that's factoring necessary support equipment. Without that, it's still in the range of $27+ million for one aircraft though.
You should also offer the F-16C, as the two-seat D model is used primarily for training purposes.
Delta Aerospace Corp
22-03-2005, 07:40
ooc: thanks for the advice. other storefronts sell those kind of aircraft for cheaper than $35 mil, but i'll rase the price somewhat.

ic: We have a surplus of aircraft that were suposed to go to the Imperial Deltan AirForce, but were not required. The low price was to stimulate sales. The trainer will be available soon. I wanted to wait until I sold a few F-16D's first. (Note: All our aircraft carry the 'D' designator to show that they are Deltan manufacture, since we use our own avionics and radar systems.)
