The Empire of WPHD would like to engage in a cooperative rp war with country(s) of similar size. I apologize but I'm not great at rp. I would be willing to try to improve. Instructions listed below.

2) pick parameters (Ex: full military, (insert map of country), bad weather)

Do you realise just how hard that'll be? You're restricted to nations that were created within a fairly small range from you - very hard to do, as most players don't RP. You're probably better off asking someone to RP a smaller country than they actually have.
