Friends, fellow nations, the Emperor of ETV would like to extend his invitation for a formal confederation of like minded governments to join in an effort to end the disunity between many groups and to abolish the vey instituitions created to give a sense of 'order' to our countries. Neighbors, I say we band together to form a new type of institution, a new organization, one that will not yield to the pressures of those scared of keeping the local nations in line. Through a combined effort, we will overcome the weak, keeping in line with the great regimes and reforms of our forefathers. Preserving power is not only a service to our citizens, it is our duty. NATIONS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!
