But anyway, is the "Ways to stop blockades with war" a typo or is that what you really meant? Because I really do not believe that it would be that good of a topic to talk about.

Euroslavia will be attending this summit, based on the fact that these proposals, which are quite controversial, need to be cleared up for Hataria. We wish to send a representative to Hataria, and request information on the safety of the city of Tangalee, and whether or not the security of your nation will be good enough for our representative to roam freely after the Summit.

Aust shall send a representive to this summet Lord Michal, shadow undersecutary to his highness Prince Richards, 12th in line for the throne who holds the post of minister of little green things.

OOC: Ill join in just because I have some history with Hataria as another nation which died a while ago.
IC: The royal court of Nascent would like to send His Lordship Gregory Winchester III and his personal entorage(sp?) to this summit to participate in these talks with Hataria. However we wish to be able to bring a security force to these summits as we have yet to see a peaceful time in Hataria, and are unsure of Barabarossa's hidden motives, if there are any at all, are. This team will consist of ten armed guards as well as two destroyers that will escort his Lordship's vessel just outside of Hatarian waters, where they will remain until his Lorship has safely exited Hatarian waters.
If this proposal is accepted a follow up letter shall be sent to the Hatarian government detailing what exactly shall be sent for the protection of Lord Winchester.

Emperor Barbarossa just wants to do a peaceful meeting, not a plot to Take over the world or a plot to hold the delegates for Ransom.
Understood, however we would still like to bring our security personnel as we are not sure of the safety of our ambassador. It is nothing personal but we also must take into consideration that, as you stated previously, there are rebel factions inside your borders and these could pose a serious threat to our ambassador and his group. We do hope that you understand our situation and allow us to do this. However if you do not we will not be able to send anyone inside your borders for these talks.
