Alexonium:
Many took to the street, saying that the Raptorians have overstepped their boundaries, and many demanding punitive tariffs if not an all-out embargo on Raptorian goods and a freeze of any assets held by Raptorian nationals in retaliation.
Just a few minutes earlier, a tape was played on the news, where the tape was played of Alrek's surrender, explanation, and subsequent scuffle [where Alrek collapsed] after a 90-second interview with Sergent Farouk-Aziz. Alrek's mother had even come on in tears, and even cursed the military for allowing such things to happen, not to mention quite harsh words for the Raptorians on national television.
The Emir is trying to calm down the situation by saying that there is reason to believe that the pilot is OK, and there is little probability that he actually kicked the bucket.
