Each lower manager in charge of a section of city and are supposed to make it as efficient as possible for favors from middle management Overseer. Though fighting among lower management if frowned upon it does happen, allowed for mobility within those ranks, however weapons they are allowed to acquire are out of date and ineffective against any form of body armor.
Military
Structure: Basic U.S. military structure, corps down to squad.
Info: You are not enlisted into the Mikosolf Military, you are born into it. That’s right either utilizing natural birthing between two active or near active troops or artificially in our birthing chambers (rare).
Squads are not segregated in anyway; they are put together based on who works well with each other. For these children their squad is the closest thing to a family for them. They are always together, always, never is a single person to be without at least one other member from their squad.
Training begins at age four or five, mostly loyalty training and the like, but some military (we stress that all children games have some form of competition/combat in them). However, at the age of 8 or so they are put into their platoon, usually headed by children with leadership qualities, this is when things begin to get more serious. Actual "laser tag" war games become an almost daily activity along with weapon and combat practice.
Age 10 the vehicles are introduced and some squads (because of their similarity in each member) get shifted into any sort of vehicle (be it planes or tanks or what not) and become a vehicle squad and intensive training is given in that vehicle. For those that don't (which is most) more war games are given on large scales including the vehicles and what not now.
Later specialization is given on both merit and volunteer (Scout etc.)
Once they are at that point (12 or so) they are put in reserve duty till age 18 (in reserve they are still under the same strict training program). More detail is classified, requiring Epsilon 2 clearance.

Grunt to God: History of Mikosolf from the eyes of Mikial Zakrufs
Better break down of society and subcultures
