A governmental telecast appears on all TV sets throughout Kroando, the Non-Elected President, Jonothan Ceaser, followed by the CEO of Davex Industries, Greggory Davex and the head of the Board of Capitalistic Board of Economics, Richard Crawfright walked onto a stage, Ceaser standing in front of the podium arrayed with several microphones.
"People of Kroando, workers, Capitalists, countrymen! Today is a day that will redefine our countries path in the world... a day that will redefine our countries destiny... At approximatly 7:25 a.m., international terrorists bombed a Davex Iron Production Facility, killing twenty three workers, three security guards, and causing several million dollars of damages. We want the people to know that the government is doing everything within our power to stop the terrorists, 10,000 soldiers have been placed in cities throughout Kroando, 5,000 M41 tanks have been placed on patrol throughout the country and we are asking our friends throughout the International Community to donate funds to halt the terroist aggression. Rest assured, Davex Industries will not halt its production, lay off workers, or negotiate with the terrorists demands. People of Kroando, this nation is but a child, and we now realise, if we are to survive, we are going to need to stick together."

The Nation of Kroando is now accepting funds from Capitalistic and Communistic Nations, for the terrorists, known as "The Interntional Freedom Front" hate all forms of government, seeing them as oppressive, irrelevant systems of corrupt moralistic dictators.
We regret having to ask foriegn nations for money, but we, being a small, new nation, cannot contain this terrorist organization alone, for they have supporters throughout the world. We thank you for your support.
