A survey of Sel Appa's Weapon's holdings has been cleared for public release. Some findings are:
-Sel Appa had no nuclear weapon program as previously claimed by the GASA. (There was not even a nuclear energy program. The little uranium found in Sel Appa was sold to other nations.)
-Sel Appa's Air Force had few weapons, little funding, and not many planes.
-The Sel Appan Navy was barely existant. Ships used in the Anvorbuodan War were mercenaries.
-There were no weapons for soldiers that were drafted from the reserves in said war. The amount of weapons available could support around 1.25 million soldiers tops.
The Chairman has halted all uranium exports and has approved research of uranium usage. This includes both peaceful and military uses. He has issued a statement:
"PRSA will comence researching uses for our uranium deposits. We will increase mining efforts as high as possible without adversly affecting the environment too much. Although we are researching military uses, we will not be building weapons unless there is a dire threat."
Also, the Chairman has approved funding to build a complete Navy. He has approved funding for a helicopter-only Air Force. Also, rifles used in the army will also be upgraded to more modern technologies. More wapons and transportation will be built. The compulsory military service will remain as well.
