IC> Without consultation, unilaterally, and without stated cause, the nation of Green Sun has demanded the resignation of Xeraph as the head of the alliance known as TEOO: The Alliance of One.
Xeraph is NOT the head of TEOO. All member nations are co-rulers of the alliance.

In addition, Green Sun has stated that if Xeraph does not step down as head of TEOO, Green Sun will aid the rebels in the situation in Xeraph. Should Green Sun act in this rash manner, Xeraph will have no choice but to defend itself against the forces of Green Sun.

The government of Xeraph calls on the members of TEOO to make known their wishes concerning this situation. Members can either post here, or on the TEOO Alliance Info thread, or both. Xeraph asks that a vote of "no confidence" be levelled against Green Sun. Further, if Green Sun takes up arms against a fellow TEOO member, in this case Xeraph, that all of the other members of TEOO defend Xeraph and subdue Green Sun.

Green SUn is only asking the suspension of Xeraph because he has led us into conflicts without our consent and has been very hipocritical with his actions. If Xeraph wants Green Sun suspended, they should note that Green Sun already has its finger on the button to expell Xeraph from TEOO. However, we won't press it unless they give us a damn good reason why Xeraph has brought us to war so hastily.

The Emperor truly hopes that Green Sun has acted in accordance with the wishes of the majority of the members of TEOO.
If in fact Green Sun has acted unilaterally, or in a minority, then Green Sun is formally IGNORED by Xeraph, with the result that Xeraph remains in TEOO until such a time that the members of TEOO convene and vote on this issue.

As it is also apparent that Xeraph at this time can do nothing direct to overturn this suspension, Green Sun is IGNORED in perpetuity.

No, it really isn't. At least being that it is Xeraph's thread we may discuss whatever he pleases in such thread, but by you posting unwanted posts it is spamming and thread hijacking.

Xeraph hereby formally calls for the censuring of Green Sun.

Green Sun has levelled unfounded accusations at Xeraph, has accused Xeraph of propigating war against RWC, and has unilaterally, and therefore illegally, suspended Xeraph from the TEOO forums, rendering Xeraph unable to address the accusations and therefore unable to defend itself.

TEOO is not an alliance of Dictators. Rather, it is an alliance of nations who believe in the democratic form of government, in which votes are taken before action is taken.

Even though Green Sun has acted in an undemocratic manner, Xeraph is calling for it's censure, not it's suspension, as that is too drastic a step for a first offense.

Xeraph urges the members of TEOO consider all sides of the discussion with equal attention.

After going through the Evidence personally, I have come to the Conclusion, that this should be discussed and voted on Democratically by the Alliance. The Actions by Green Sun to suspend Xeraph from the Alliance, is seen as nothing more then an Attempt to take control of the Alliance, As then TBD was asked on the Question (Another Founder) She refused to back Green Sun at all, or get involved. It is clear Green Sun acted by himself on this Issue without Popular support of members of the alliance. Green Sun, remove the ban and discuss it within the alliance, Your actions so far should also br brought up to consider a suspension of yourself.

With all due respect to Green Sun, almost doesn't count. I ALMOST do a lot of things, but it's the end result that counts.

Xeraph was fully conscious of the foolishness of attacking the RWC, either in it's entirety or individually. Xeraph was once a member of the RWC, and still "chats" with them. If that's a crime, then so be it.

I have forgiven Xeraph, and I suggest many of you do as well. However, Xeraph and Green Sun's bickering is very irritating and I ask that both of you stop...
