A new advance in the field of Transwarp technology, the borg collective of blackgrue have begun construction of THE GATE.

The gate will basically form an omni-directional transwarp conduit creation device which will allow the collective's ships to travel to any point in the uiverse near-instantly (warp 35).
The gate will be completed in a matter of weeks and the borg research drones are working frantically to develop portible gate emitters.
