However Neo Zeta is haveing a massive food crises and the blocking of our ports and our food imports would kill many. We will not fire first if any ship from The Federal Republic of Canada entires our space we will go threw diplomatic channels to attempt to get the ship to withdraw. However if the ship come in range to attack Zeta Prime we will only give them one hour to move out of range. Krioval, as a democratic nation with a voluntary state religion, would like to inquire as to the effects of proposed changes to religious texts. It is our experience that, while personal interpretation of ancient or holy writings can change, it is most unwise to rewrite history. Perhaps we could show Neo Zeta some of Krioval's old religious or historical texts as well as the running commentaries, some dating back four centuries, to demonstrate this point.

In addition, Krioval would most certainly wish to avoid an outbreak of hostilities between Neo Zeta and the Federal Republic of Canada as we enjoy a defensive alliance with the FRC and would not hesitate to defend an ally from attack. Either transport by low altitude aircraft(hugging the water level), high altitude aircraft(16-19 miles(lower stratosphere), or by transporting in the form of humanitarian aid(they can't really protest that because they are blockading you for human rights violations). Each method is available for you to choose.

We have yet to pass that law it is up to you if we vote on it. The law is more of a ristriction on it
1: no state money will go to the said relgions
2 no meetings by said relgion can be held during the worship of the goddess aura
3 said relgion will not be allowed to use state owned land
4 said relgions holidays will not be accepted
5 said relgion will not use public airwaves.

However we wont force people to stop being apart of it.

Those 'restrictions' do not give people the freedom they need to express and live in their faith respectively. The Federal Republic of Canada's blockade forces will remain surrounding Neo Zeta until this is not voted on, your nation will not adopt a State Religion and will allow all of your people to freedom to believe in any religion they wish to follow.

We would hope that a fellow member of the United Nations would uphold the decisions of that organization. While you are not prohibited from creating a state faith, religious freedom must be guaranteed.

Neo Zeta, Christianity is not something that should be taken from the people of your nation. If you do not cease in the creation of the bill to outlaw Christianity, then you may have more than one nation's forces at your doorstep.
