OOC: Well basically i have my old nation back and have an interesting plot involving it...
Well the D.P.R.K is of course North korean empire on Earth III....Since Sephoto Bloodlust has been in charge, the imposed isolation has ended.
The economy that used to be centralized is gradually turning from a form of communism, to Capitalist.
Its former nuclear arsenal is also gone, as well as its chemical pile depleted. Although its army is being revamped, it is still very similar to the korean army of old.
E.G "M-2002. T-72, etc."
However this no diplomatic policy has spawned the arrival of several extremist groups, the largest being the Neo-crusaders D.P.R.K, led by Sephoto's brother, Blaze Bloodlust. The Neo crusaders are a mostly made up of former korean special forces, hence the name neo. The crusaders bit is also put there as a way of showing its hatred of the capitalist crusade, which has indeed forced the government on its knees into giving in to them.
Of course being his brother, Sephoto has refused to attack his own brother, thus fabricating many stories and allowing the group to roam freely.
Thus while I plan to be the extremist group, I will need someone to be Sephoto to spin various stories and try to be as slick as ever in protecting the group.
He is a very young leader, only approaching the end of his twentys, and his cheeky lawyer style speeches help him sway crowds. He is often very good at getting his own way, either by sucking up, or by out thinking the enemy. He helped the economic revival.
Basically i need someone to play him while I conduct attacks.
