The Empire of Xeraph has recently embarked on a Space Program, and is looking to be allied to other new space-nations.
Although Xeraph has been long established on Earth, it's space program is somewhat new, about 3 months ( 90 years RL) old.
The Empire's territory is known as the Typhon Expanse, located in the Andromeda Galaxy, and is comprised of approx 620 planets ( 16 so far inhabitable) in 244 solar systems. The Expanse is divided into four quadrants, each quadrant .457 light-years square. Our fleet is 167 vessels, and growing.
We look forward to hearing from you.

The Sublikean Leaders are watching this alliance greatly. They are not posing any Nays or Yays this alliance of imperialism-like views, but would like to know what their possition is on capitalizm, other than capitalism, as the Sublikean Orbit practices such economic freedom.

Please, pardon my laughter. The Andromeda Galaxy is thousands of light-years away. And faster-then-light travel is impossible. Basically, what you are saying is that your nation is insane enough to think that you are able to move faster then light.
OOC: Merchant Guilds has it right. The present GR, currently consisting of Myself, Corneliu, and Klington among others, are presently in a state of active hostilities with the GE as we work to liberate CoreWorlds.
Its somewhat unofficial though, being that we don't work to advertise ourselves much. So while we won't be able to stop you from making this alliance if you absolutely positively have to, just keep in mind that the PRESENT GR will likely be attributing future guerrilla strikes to the 'GR', not be lying... that's a key point, and the GE will come a-knockin' on your door with about seven billion guns an an itchy trigger finger.
