Due to the Sol system's extremely large population (and therefore large amount of consumers), the system makes up a large part of Verniian exports. Our physical interests in the system are underdeveloped though, so the government is interested in purchasing land on Earth for economic development, and to serve as a "home away from home" for Verniian citizens visiting the system.

What we're interested in:

- 50 square kilometers at minimum.
- Access to an ocean.
- Temperate climate.
- Suitable for habitation.

OOC: I interact with both modern and future tech, so both types can take advantage of this request.

I won't be joining any other regions, I'm quite comfortable in the Raumreich. I'm just looking to build a trade port on Earth. I am interested in your proposal though, do you have any details about vacant or land for sell?

We have all the land you need. There's an island encompassing roughly 83 square kilometers just off the coast of Adejaani. You are welcome to "purchase the island outright", or rent, we just kindly ask that you respect the oceans and the sea lanes that ply that area.

Also, Rose, I'm still interested in your offer as well, if you have an acceptable price in mind. It can't hurt to have two ports.

Let's say... A hundred million and it's all yours. We will even ensure that land "legally" becomes "part of your nation" for all intents and purposes. However, there are a few conditions, mostly clarifications.

No basing of military forces, except for defensive purposes. Police and other Intelligence Personnel are exempt.
No exploitation of the sea beyond an eight kilometer radius (the distance to the mainland is approximately twenty-two kilometers). Whatever is inside the radius is yours "legally".
All Vernii citizens requiring entry to the mainland via your island will have to go through regular international entry requirements (embassies issuing visas, background checks etc).
The island will be extended military protection, but only against crimes (eg smugglers, pirates etc) and to extend aid if required. The Adejaani military will not extend its protection against foreign invaders hostile to Vernii.
The island will be completely under your control as if it were completely your territory. However, should the island be used as a springboard to attack to mainland, you may be held accountable depending on the severity and nature of the attack.

Your conditions and price are acceptable. I do plan on the island becoming a base for a small terrestrial navy, but it will be defensive in nature.

Good. Done deal, then? If so, we'll move our current equipment off it and you can move right in. The island was mainly used as a radar and sonar relay center in the area, but was generally redundant anyway.

New Endenia has a average size (around 80 km) island that has remained undeveloped for many years, perhapes your people would be interested in developing a port city along with a naval base? The White Tower ask for a very small payment plus a a few small conditions.

1. Endenian Citizens are allowed inside the port city at any given time for recreation and business purposes, they may pass through international standard checks if you require. Likewise your citizens are allowed into Haven but must pass through international standard checks

2. Endenian naval and merchant vessels are allowed to dock in the ports and possible naval bases in the proposed port city.

3. Endenian merchants are allowed to trade with your people and that if needed a small tax may be placed on any goods.

4. The Endenian Army (The Tower Guard) and the Endenian Navy (The White Fleet) will provide a base defensive field around the Port city however other defensive measures are to be maintained yourself.

5. Ground forces and Naval Fleets may be maintained by your people however they must not be used against The White Tower in any way from threatening to all out war.

6. That you willl respect New Endenia's Territorial Waters and Borders. We will extend a 8km Nautical border for your island as its sovereign waters.

7. The island will act as your sovereign grounds and will be treated as so, we will respect your borders and likewise you will need to respect our borders.

if you accept these terms we don't see any problems with your city at all. The price we're asking is 50 million and if you require land reclamation to extend the island's size, it can be arranged. Please contact the White Tower if needed. Thank You.
