His Excellency President for Life, Field Marshal, Doctor , VC, DSO, MC, Lord of All the Beasts of the Earth and Fishes of the Sea, and Conqueror of the British Empire in Africa in General and WPHD in Particular William Patrick Hill-Dixon, is the nutty, ruthless dictator of the small geographicaly stunning WPHD. This is his biography.
Pre-Power
Before he came to rule he was a nobody, art student wanna-be, bum, living out of a homeless shelter but was discovered by the law firm Lessig, Neitzsche, & Cicero (Lessig) when he gave an impassioned speech to the board of admissions as to why he should be admitted as a student at a prestigous art school.The firm promptly hired him on as a speaker. The first issue he was tasked with arguing was that of gay marriage. An outspoken political activist & billionaire had paid a kings ransom for the firm to argue his case before the Supreme Court. He made an impasioned speech evoking such things as the the revelutionary war of 1776, the emacipation proclamation, & the freedom of choice as what makes us human. The following day the Supreme Court decided on the right for anyone to be joined in civil union with whomever they like 6 to 3. Soon therafter he passed the BAR, which he still has nightmares of failing, & started out on his own founding the WPHD law firm. Over the course of the next two years his polotics began moving towards absolutionism. He began making freinds with the leaders of the ever more poular Movement for Violent Overthrough of those in Power.
