Announcement Displayed Today in the Eleven Zamyatin Commonsectors:

"Glorious numerals of the Logic State, today is a day of triumph and celebration! We have all won the battle for ourselves, exalting Reason and Logic over impulses towards Chaos and Death. But it is not so everywhere - across the Earth, millions live in hunger, poverty and fear. We are the fortunate, for we have conquered these things and replaced them with plenty, equality, and stability.

Yet there is a weakness to our stance: selfishness. Why should we deprive the people of the Earth of our glorious lifestyle? Why should they go hungry and poor, terrified and hurt by the Chaotic World-at-Large? They should not! As a state of Logic and Reason, it is our duty to bring Rationality to the Irrational, to bring the Benefactorium to the whole surface of the Earth! Logicals, how can we allow the Earth to be cursed with illogic, which pollutes the soil it touches, when the very antiseptic that would forever bleach it out is abundant among us: the Benefactorium. Order.

This is why today is a day of triumph! This last weakness is purged, as the Benefactorium announces its new Mission of Reason, to bring Law to the Lawless, and the Lawless to the Law in an exchange of embassies and diplomats. Those Logicals endowed with the gift of poetry are encouraged to produce works which glorify the gift of Rationality, an offering of Peace to the Lands of Chaos into which we venture. The embassy will of course be considered the soil of your own nation. Your personnel will not be expected to follow the strict Living Discipline a Zamyatin follows - but standard criminal laws will apply, and attempting to interfere in a Zamyatin's living discipline will be grounds for expulsion. Your ambassador must arrive by plane - if you cannot afford one, Zamyat will provide plane service.

In exchange, a Zamyatin embassy will be opened in your own nation, with no more than twenty personnel (mostly advisors and staff). If you would like to learn more about Zamyat, read the Zamyat factbook entry (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=397371) in International Incidents.

As for diplomatic immunity - this is the standard protocol for handling foreign dignitaries, if only because destroying the cognitive functions of various diplomats for what would pass for minor infractions in other nations can often cause unwanted dips in international stature.
