The Sen Tama Submarine is a unique vessel in every meaning of the word. Based on the Sen Toku design in WWII, the Sen Tama is an aircraft carrying submarine. Though it can only carry a total of eight aircraft, the fact that it can sneak stealthily through the water gives it value over regular bulky CVNs.

Another unique craft, the Nakakura CVL is a light carrier. It is a catamaran, with forward facing screws, giving it an unheard of 45+ knots of speed, though it can only sustain that speed for approximately half an hour. However, used in groups, the Nakakura is a force to be reckoned with.
