Internal Government Report into the incident involving the placement of citizens on Northern Ice Flows
The international community was stunned many months ago when it was reported that the Government Of Canadas People increased its security of both the homeland and abroad and in the measures in which they did it. Nations from around the globe contacted Canadas People and questioned their intentions, however no nation advised their people to leave, except one. With the government receiving word that such citizens were advised to leave the government took matters into their own hands and rounded them up them selves. It was later reported that the Government had taken the citizens up to the Northern Ice Flows of Canadas People and had cast them off leaving them to perish. An outpour from the international community for this complete lack of civil rights and right to life was hurdled at the current administration. The Government took all these voices into consideration and acted swiftly and effectively. The Government deployed a search and rescue team to the area, to try to locate the citizens but was unsuccessful. All attempts failed, the ice flow and citizens were never found. The matter was declared closed.
After the matter was closed an internal investigation that has been top secret until now has come up with the truth behind the incident. Headed by myself the Director Of CPIISS (Canadas People Intelligence and Information Security Service) Mr Morchestany Chefchinko, have come to find that there is a whole other side to this issue that the international community must be told. Our very own Government was unaware about this until it was uncovered.
When the initial first attempt to rescue the citizens of the ice flows was called off due to poor weather conditions all nations grounded their aircraft patrolling the adjacent international waters for fear of loss of life or aircraft. Ships and all other water-based crafts were halted and ordered to stop their search. However all but one nation obeyed. Sneaking in past Homeland Security Buoys located in the outskirts of our nations water an anonymous stealth submarine secretly located the citizens and forced them into their hold. It then proceeded to return to which the country it had came from. An anonymous source placed deep inside this nations government dealing with secret operations was able to locate such information and send it to our government. The nation, which kidnapped the citizens of the ice flows, was reported to be the SRoR.
Top Secret government tracking reports by this nation showed that a SRoR sub was tracked entering and exciting Canadas People water soon after all S&R attempts were stopped by weather conditions. As well crew exit reports show a greater number of crew getting off the boat once it returned to port then when it had left. Yet no port stops were made on this voyage. These key facts along with others which remain classified prove that the citizens of the ice flows are very much so still alive yet deep in the heart of the SRoR.
With being informed of this report the Prime Minster of Canadas People is finally relived that there are no more worries of frozen Popsicle Stick People floating around in the high Arctic Waters of Canadas People. He now feels comfortable knowing that those citizens are sleeping well somewhere in the SRoR. Even if it may be a permanent one. The truth behind this incident can finally be told.
