Today was a very special day for me, I was ordered to deliver a speech to Mr Barnard Rosse, but he wasn't in his office. When I looked around in the conference room everybody was looking, servant, cook, butler and secretary alike, at the plasma television screen. 'What the hell is going on there...?' So I walked to the group sitting and stading around the television screen; obviously the picture wasn't important. I heard some vague insults addressed at Russian Forces, something about Xeraph. Not very clear. I walked closer and I began to understand what it's all about. Spetsnatz agents had been arrested in Guffingford - a public trial was being held.

"...and I am sure, these people will be found guilty of the said charges. Spying and revealing military secrets! We cannot let them go on a leash or send them back to the USSR for they will return to continue their mischief. I say we behead them!..."

Still I was looking at the screen, in disbelief. How can those Russians be so foolish? No one can escape from the STASI or the SS. Even the most notorious spies get caught one day or another. Well that wraps it up for those, a certain death is around the corner. A united cry to see the execution on the international television was heard and the pleas of the population were answered. They will be put against the wall and a firing squad of the City Watch will bring them back to God.

Twelve minutes before execution...

"Okay Russian scum, on yer way to the wall you will scream how much you regret your crimes. Otherwise you will leave me no choice." The man grabbed a red hot screwdriver from one of the coal fires and tore the clothes of another prisoners chest.
"You know my dear Soviet, we all know we have captured ten of your men. But why have put only five on trial? Well, to let you know what we will do to you if you don't cooperate. Guard, bring #7 in will ya."
"Of course." He guard clad in kevlar armour armed with a carabine dragged #7 from his cell to the man in the room.
"You see this handy screwdriver? It's very hot, we don't want things to happen like this!" In one firm blow he stabbed the screwdriver into the navel of #7 sorching his intestines from the inside. A hissing sound came from the open fleshwound, the man was gently going in and out with the screwdriver. #7 collapsed and fell on the hard tile floor, while bleeding heavily. The warm red fluid streamed down a small drainpipe in the middle.
"You know how much that hurts Soviet? I don't think you know." The man took another screwdriver from the hot fire, it was glowing and held it near the abdomen softly burning away a few hairs. The extreme heat made the Soviet shiver and he began to yell something in Russian, English and German not to do it. The man understood his beggings and continued.
"Good, you learn quick my boy. Now, when you walk to the the wall you will scream the following: 'All my crimes are done to damage Guffingford, I am not worthy of life on earth, the Kingdom of God is not made for Soviets, I am guilty of all crimes, I am willing to betray my Motherland for the Heavenly Delights.' You got that?" The soviet nodded and he was escorted out to the execution courtyard. A raving population catched the first glimpse of the captured Russian Soviets and the hate began, the prisoners yelled, screamed the lungs out of their body what the man ordered them to say - they all saw the door left of the wall with a judge standing next to it. Even saying they die for the motherland will mean a terrible, godawful torture will follow. No, even while blindfolded they kept saying in the camera what they wanted to do to cleanse their souls of sin.

The rifles were aimed, the afternoon sun was setting. It was six o'clock. The triggers were pulled back, the powder ignited. All five of them died in plain sight of the world.

President Anderson is said to be shocked and appalled by the latest actions in the on-going Guffingford-Russian Forces saga.

The President has made it clear that he finds the brutal methods used by Guffingford on unconfirmed Russian Special Forces was a breach of the Geneva convention and is considering calling an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council to discuss these matters.

The President has also made clear that he feels that these actions are unwise, given the current climate in the region and the tension that has been building up.

At the finnish/rusian border at midnight

Russian BM-21 and TOS-220's bire a barrage of rockets at a block of land that is only 500 metres away from the guffingford border. Continuous sounds of thunder and explosions engulfed the area. Artillary and tanks also began testing their firepower in the area. Aircraft dumped their payloads with the largest bombs they have. What can be easily witnessed is Guffingford soldiers startled by the fire power, thinking the war has begun and that they were caught by surprise. When the bombardments has ceased, russian speakers were put up, telling the Guffingford soldiers that when war comes, they should surrender. They were also told that their god wont save them. Communist banners were also placed on the surrounding hills, instructing the guffingford soldiers how to surrender. Meanwhile in Siberia, Nuclear testing has resumed with 50 megaton nuclear bombs, displaying the nuclear strength of RF on national TV.

Disgusted by the treatment of their fellow comrades being tortured and killed, the spetsnaz soldiers that were not captured decided that they should get soem pay back. Secretly they were told to give the enemy some political message in anyway possible. Knowing how brutal spetsnaz are, they decided to use a ruthless method. In the early morning, when most guffingford citizens pray at their churches, 4 civilian vans drove out of a garage in the middle of a city. They head towards some large church that could fit 400 people. Once they arrive, immediatly the spetsnaz storm the church with their Ak's. Civilians screamed in fear but quickly they all went silent when the soldiers fired upon some of them. One of the spetsnaz walks to the bishop who was giving mass. The soldier smashes him in the face with the butt of his rifle and dragged him out of the building. As the priest was being dragged, The rest of the men set up Nitrogen charges around the building. Once done, they all evacuate the building and close the doors. One spetsnaz grabs the detonator and pushes the button without having a second thought. The nitrogen charges explodes but they did not destroy the building, instead some blue liquid is spread out all over the place. As it made contact with the civilians, their skin and muscle expands at a frightening rate until They explode which took 5 seconds of agony. Nothing was left identifyable among the dead. the vans rushed their way to the garage and luckily no authorities have stopped them because they were unware of what happened. The Soviet spetsnaz decided to bash the bishop for about 30 minutes. Afterwards they shoved a hose down his throat and then filled him up with water. The spetsnaz place the bishop behind one of the vans in the garage. They then reversed over him and with all of that water in him, his body bursts like a bubble. The spetsnaz placed the preists corpse on a cross and a sign was placed on top saying "Peoples Opium". The spetsnaz at late night placed the cross in a middle of a park for the residents to have a good shock.

All Guild and Guffingfordii civilians are being given 48 hours to leave our country by their own free will. The Emperor has expressed his dismay over the incidents concerning the Russian agents this morning, but is not shocked. Guffingford methods have been consistently inhumane, so they shoud not come as a surprise to anyone.
It is the Emperor's wish that Guffingford voluntarily cease these barbaric practices, all the long knowing that they won't.
The government of the Xeraphian Empire is presently convening talks with several nations as to the course of action necessary to make Guffingford comply with rational, humane treatment of prisoners. It is hoped that force will not be necessary.

The McLeodian action doesn't bother us, the little trade or connection we had with that Heathen Empire have been officially dis-continued by the Guilds Diplomatic Corps and the Guilder Corporations.

At this time, we can neither confirm nor deny any intervention. However, as we are a defensive alliance, any attacks on an NWO member will be met with the righteous fury of the entire alliance.

The Merchant Guild will do well to mind their own business. Xeraph made no threats, simply a statement regarding communicating with other nations about this situation.
Further, if any military action should result, it is a foregone conclusion that, as large and powerful as Guffingford is, even will allied help, they could not withstand the combined armies of TEOO, GAPTS, AXE, and others. Admittedly, it would be a virtual MAD situation, but barbarism must eventually be stopped.....at any cost.

The British Empire though concerned with the current breeches of human rights in Guffingford is more concerned by the recent bombardment of the Finish border. The British government condems Russian Forces in their actions which could easily start a world war.

It's just, you and RF are close friends (in real life too?) and I am afraid it there's a chance of bias. I am sure my allies agree on this. If someone would be chosen I'd have to be an FT nation without having interests in both of our nations.

Your Multi Empire is Ignorable to anyone who would want to Ignore it, Hungary was a Conquered nation by Austria. You created the other Nation and Merged them, any sain RP'er would ignore that.

I would suggest creating one OOC thread, as opposed to one per front. With any luck, we are all reasonable enough RPers that we shouldn't have pages of rants about technology and numbers. I also recommend either an OOC mobilisation thread showing numbers, or links to Armed Forces numbers/technology descriptions to avoid confusion at a later date.

Twist, the Fronts work fine. It allows the RPs to give more military detail and be widely more friendly.

And yes one OOC thread is good, however I suggust where possible players should talk to each other over IM.

The Imperial Empire of Belem gives its full support to its Allies Guffingford and The Merchant Guilds and fully backs the execution of the communist and heathen disidents within GF.

In response to RFs and Mcleods illegal actions the Imperial Empire at this time is permantely interning all citizens of the said nations for crimes against the Empire and God. All assets within Belem will be seized by the Empire and liquidated.

OOC: Ayaddha (a small, fiercely traditionalist and yet slightly peculiar Islamic nation in the Western Pacific) is willing to offer its exotic (and occassionally harsh) environment as a locale for intrigue involving spies, secret ambassadorial missions, etc. Think Casablanca. No actually combat, though (although [with prior arrangement] a stray warship could put in to one of our ports. You could even stage a Rio Plate style small naval engagement off shore in international waters, if you please).
