Ladies and Gentleman the Honorable President Al-Killher:
".......For too long the border between Islamaisbad and Californian-held Iran have been a like a sieve. Transients, foreign agents, drug dealers, all streaming through and corrupting our youth, spreading disease, causing crime and social unrest. That is why today I have directed the Islamaisbadic borders in both Iraq, and Afghanistan to be effectively sealed. No longer will Islamaisbad allow itself to be polluted......."

"Fine speech sir. This is going to be tough news for my commanders to take though. We will have to double the amount of troops at both the Afghani and Iraqi borders to meet these standards." General Mollshoppa said to his President as they walked off stage into a waiting Limo
"Ahh General, I don't think it will be a problem. In the past few months voluntary enlistment has gone up 60%, we haven't had to conscript anyone in the last 5 days! I bet we can even get some of the older fighters to re-join voluntarily, all we need to do is keep throwing them that "secret flood of infidels" garbage on the 8 o'clock news, that always get's them riled up." The President replied as he handed the General a glass of whiskey and lay back to catch a few z's on the trip back to his palace.
Days later , convoys of trucks, armored vehicles and pack animals are streaming towards the border. Formations of foot soldiers also march towards the border carrying equipment and supplies with them to last a month in the field
The old railway lines, unused for decades, are being unearthed from the desert sands by old engines with a plow on the front, trailing behind them are trains packed with more men and material. Soon, the borders will be ready...
But for what.
