The Nations are targetted and being spied upon Hawaiian Intelligence.
Zoogiedom: The reason is simple. Many of his allies are my enemies. Former ally, Zoogies, have broke apart on the relationship of Hawaii/Zoogie Embassies. Zoogie holds no Nuclear Threat, but their technologies of warfare and selling them to their allies, are brutal to the concerns of Hawaiian Civilian Safety.
Island of the Rose: Fatal Enemy of our ally, The Macabees. Holds a possible threat of WMDs which may be offensive on our Safety.
Dragoovania (i think thats how you spell it): Starts a Nuclear Production, harming Hawaiian Islands' Superpower Status. Also selling the nuclear missiles to known enemies of Hawaiian Islands. War has been waged, and no results to the change of the Nuclear Weapons has been donw, except slow down the production. This country holds a dangerous threat to Hawaiian Islands.
