A Brief History:The Second Empire, or what most know as the Macabee Empire, has only been around for under a decade (remember, I re-started my history), and before that the old Empire had underwent one hundred years of Civil War. Even prior for that the old Empire had flourished for over five thousand years, and as not so many know, the centralization of said administration had been done by first constructing a new capital. So, it struck the administration of the new empire, Jonach I of the Catalan Dynasty, that in order to ensure the prospority of the Second Empire the forging a new capital, a new economic center, was vital to the success of said empire. Finally, today, after many years of preperation and hard work the new capital, the city of Fedala, was ready for all the world to see. It also provided much in the way of oppurtunities for the markets of foreign countries to invest in Fedala and not only spur the Macabee economy, but their own as well.

Downtown Fedala: The Commercial Center
The Imperial Trade Center: Built as a single tower, rising to over one thousand seven hundred feet (possible only because of the lack of fault lines within over six thousand kilometers), it was created to be able to hold over sixty thousand workers, with over three hundred office spaces, from the very large on the bottom, to the very small on the top. For those in interest of purchasing office space in the ITC be clear on the fact that this is one of the main commercial buildings in Downtown Fedala, thus highly active. These are the open spaces:
1st and 2nd Level - Borders (International Company/Books, Music and Cafe)
3rd and 4th Levels - open (single room, two stories, large store) - 3 million
5th through 75th Levels - Each have 10 Office Spaces each - 2.1 million each
76th through 100th Levels - 10 Office Spaces each - 1.5 million each
101th to 120th Levels - 1 Office Space on Each Floor (HQs and junk) - 6 million each
121th through 140th - Storage spaces for below offices - 200,000 each

Macabee Stock Exchange Building:
Built in a totally contemporary style it's just under 1,200 feet tall and is open to all foreign businesses which would like to invest..investing is totally free, except for the investment of course, however, if you would like a Macabee headquarters for consumers of your produce then office space in the MSEB costs 2 million each.

Padrone Aereo Aeronautics Headquarters:
The name was bought by Padrone Aeronautics, the main supplier and engineering task force of the Macabee's air force, however, it is also open to foreign companies - all one thousand five hundred feet of it. It's one business per floor and there are one hundred and thirty floors - it comes to 3.1 million per floor.

History International:
History is the Macabee's main postal service as well as international shipping service, as well as a book publishing company. It offers the same rates as Padrone Aero Aeronautics. 3.1 million per floor - you may do what you wish on that floor.

International Mall & Pythagorean Mall
The Pythagorean mall is much smaller so lots go as follows:
50sq.ft. - 200,000
100sq.ft - 400,000
