At the Ottoman Embassy in Brasilia, Communist Brazil

The Ottoman Ambassador Kamaran Aziz (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v504/Ottoman01/kamran2.jpg) was waiting for his Brazilian counterpart to enter come, there was going to be a important meeting between the two nations.

The office was made especially for the Afghan ambassador, to what he had requested. Outside the window he saw Brasilia, a city tht seemed to stretch on for the longest time. There were many tall condominiums and apartment buildings, but it lacked many skyscrapers or other sorts of buildings, though a few could be seen. It was a very clean city, and it lacked the haze many metropolises contained. Clouds thick with rain hung from the entroaching rainforest towards the edges of the horizon.

The door opened and closed, and a rotund man came in with a smile under his ratty beard, and extended his rough hand.

"Ambassador Aziz, I presume? Morais Vais Ludgero. I am representing the PCPB here, a pleasure to meet you."

The Ambassador rose up and shaked Morais hand. "The pleasure is my, now let us to get to matter at hand."

Morais grinned and sat.

"Yes, business."

He slowly began to frown as he placed down his suitcase.

"As you may know, comrade, we face invasion. From the Afrikaans, and the Hatarian fleet. We do not understand why this has happened at such a die, when we are vulnerable. But i am glad our solidarity will keep the Khaif and the FPCB intact as we support one another through these times. We appreciate it very much.

But I am inexperienced wiht your people. Of course, we would want to contribute to your people as well. This is not a one sided relationship. We must work out the details of our allegiance. That way, we shall live in solidarity and harmony."

Morais smiles a bit with a sicnere nod.

"Yes, we know of the schism in your government. We understand your situation. But what I ask is, to be true friends, what can our nation do for you? We wish not to be doted upon without repayment, even your advice and armaments are no small contribution, but major factors of the effort. We would prefer that we be equals in this, which is why I ask."

"Well..my friend. We can handle rebuilding our nation by ourself, yet it is good to know your nation cares about us. All we need is support from our allies,in our road rebuild the empire. But this is meeting not about us, my friend. Its about your nation needs. My nation can send the supplies and advisers whenever need them. There will be a time when we will ask for your help. When day comes, think of your debt to us is repay." said The Ottoman Envoy.

"Understood. We are very glad for your support. We would also like to know more about your nation. Our intelligence on such things is damaged by our former isolation. It may seem to be a broad question, but I would like to know more, before I return to Istanbul."

"Ask alway my friend. Ask anything, I can answer your question about my homeland of Ottoman Khaif." said Ambassador Aziz

Aziz laugh for bit and then began to speak" Well, my friend..If was to talk about my government indetail..it would countless hours. To give shorter version of my government..well here it goes..we are a Parliamentary Base Islamic Sultanate Confederation of Ottoman States, which our Government system of the Ottoman Empire is very complex system; The Ottoman Government forbids far right parties and far left parties. Also the Ottoman Election system is very odd for a outsider to understand. Those could who elect a vizier to the House of Vizier, are only Muslims, and only the Viziers could elect the next Sultan. Then the elected Sultan can appoint a Grand Vizier from any Vizier in the House of Viziers. Now comes the Parliament. An minister from Parliament as be to elected by the people (Muslim or Non Muslim) , The Prime Minister and Praetor are elected by the people of Ottoman Empire. Outsiders find hard to understand out this complex system of government works. Yet little is know about the inner working of the Ottoman Government, because most Ottomans view this matter very sensitive to talk about to outsiders, I had to quote my good friend Dr.James Maxwell on that part."

"We cannot ask for more than what you have so generously provided. But, there is a slight concern among some of my, superiors. The issue of the Imperial Union of Napoleonic Empire. Now, this nation has entroached upon us many times. It is in my understanding that you have close ties with this nation, and that in fact the Empress is related to the Khaif's sultan. You know more than me to this, can you explain it in any better terms?"
