The People of the Emirate of Alexonium invite anyone from an un-free land whose civil and political rights are subpar, or whose government is run by corporations, or who run their government based on religion and prohibit such rights as abortion, divorce, equal rights unconditionally, &c to emigrate to Alexonium. We will offer citizenship to almost anyone!

Also, anyone who wants to send an ambassidor over is welcome to do so.
