Our naval forces will begin to patrol the coastline and parts of the Med. Our airforce will be patrolling our borders, coastlines, and in-land, as will our land forces.

We have begun to put up blockades at our borders, and assigning outposts to guard our coast and borders.

The government is giving no more information other than the fact it is mobilizing. ViZion calls upon its allies in the CFA, NWO, WWA, and others to join us, as the threats target you, too.

The Macabee Empire would favor a mobilization to aid ViZion and allies, especially Dr_Twist, however, with our war against Kahta were are unable to do so.

However, the Macabee Empire presents itself and the IADF to act as mediators and establish some sort of peace agreement before shots are fired.

Mr. President, as you are aware, Generia and ViZion have not exactly coincided peacefully in the past, however, we urge you to reconsider your unnecessary military mobilization which no doubt symbolizes your intent, and that of the entire Westwood Alliance to take hostile action against the Empire and her allies of the CAD. The Empire further urges you to address any concerns via diplomatic channels before jumping to dangerous conclusions that would prove disastrous for all parties. Generia is open to discussion on this matter, though some other members of the CAD, upon witnessing your mobilization may not be nearly as receptive.

However, Mr. President, if you are unwilling to negotiate, I warn you personally that the Empire will brook no aggression whatsoever against any and all hostile parties involved. You have no doubt witnessed the fury of the Imperial armies in battle, and I am sure you would hate to see such fury unleashed upon your homeland. Let us hope that it does not come to that.

Our forces have been mobilised recently for another conflict (which fortunately did not come about) and thus are in a position to provide immediate aid. The forces we had diverted to this conflict are being rerouted to the assistance of our fellow CFA members and will be in positions to strengthen the defence shortly. We anticipate that we will have sufficient forces to block the enemy's attempts to employ conventional force against us, certainly with the aid of our allies.

On a more cautious note, please note that we will require all possible assistance in space-based warfare, and that, given our stance on orbital artillery as a WMD, we will be especially in need of warning of such weapons' employment. As a precaution against such weapons' immediate use, I have sent out orders for all SRF units to be placed on a category 3 alert until further orders and to proceed to random dispersal points.

Though the definition of terrorism is targetting people or places clearly non-militant, thus your proposal would not be "terrorism" at any level, but rather a military operation, we cannot fund this. Not at this time, as we are trying to work out peace. If war does come, we may reconsider your military operation offer, however, so please stay in touch.

Keep in mind though, that we will not tolerate terrorism strikes, as we will not allow strikes to be taken against civilians and their work places. It would be strictly a military operation, meaning striking only militant targets. I must make sure we are on the same page if we do reconsider this in the future.
