Land for sale...
The Republic of Siap has finished removing its military and civilian population from the northernmost island of Aurorastar. This island is 20 square miles and has a thick permafrost over the land, as well as several massive glaciers that are moving seaward. This island, however, has an obscenely high concentration of uranium. The land will be sold for $5 million per acre. There is a maximum purchase of 2 square miles per Nation/corporation. Military units are not permitted on the island.

We would be willing to purchase some of this land if military troops were allowed on it. We're afraid that we don't wish to purchase any of it until this changes. Sorry.

Like I said before, I would be willing to buy it all, and have NO security forces at this island, or military weapons, or guns.
