Safehaven2

Once again Africa was going to war this time over the things that happened across the ocean all the way in the America's. This war would be a big one, both sides already had over a million men in their colonies. Vote Early and their allies in Kahta had for a long time beat down the minorities they controlled. They lorded over them like gods stripping away their rights and treating them like animals. Safehaven2 wasn't a white aryan nation, its people had a connection with those that were put down and disriminated against. Tyrandis to had this same connection but they had taken that connection to a new level striking back in revenge. In the whirlwind of events that followed Havenite forces got involved fighting Kahtan forces in the Carribean. The only thing keeping Kahta in the fight was Vote Early. VE oil flowing over the border kept Kahtan cars and tanks going, VE aircraft patrolled Kahta's skies keeping away unfriendly visitors, VE had to be given a good knock on the head. Make VE become selfius(sp?) and keep its oil for its own tanks and ships, keep its aircraft flying over VE land fighting off strikes, this had to be done if Kahta was going to be taken down. Mississipi was out of reach but her colonies and possesions, her source of oil and her source of manpower was well within reach. Africa, African colonies supplied VE with the oil that was then shipped to Kahta, those shipments and those colonies would be cut, and cut violently.
Angola would be the first of VE's colonies to go down. Havenite Zaire's fleet now at sea had been bolstored by two more from mainland Safehaven. The three fleets were on war status, a full triple ASW perimeter was out along with a bolstored AWAC's perimeter and CAP. The fleets carriers and arsenal ships prepared themselves for the strikes they would soon have to carry out. Moving south the Fleet positioned itself 140nm from Angola's shores. Under the water a full 100 Orca SSN's and another 50 Leviathen SSGN's bussied themselves setting up a blockade mainly focusing on South Africa but stretching north to Namibia. For now they stayed far outside of VE waters and avoided shipping but that would only last for a little while.
Four corps and 5 armored brigades had been gathered in Havenite Zaire specifically for the assault, more stood by for the colonies defense. Hundreds of aircraft had been flown in to bolster what the colony already had. Huge supply convoys began docking at the nations ports brining with them full loads of munitions, the munitions that would soon be used to cut down VE troops. ADLP-8 Celtic, Preatorian V and Pheonix Bow batteries crisscrossed Havenite Africa. Their strength in southern DRC had been doubled in preperation for the upcoming attack. Troops near the border were told to prepare for a VE attack, while unlikly the possiblity of a pre-emptive VE assualt was likly.
In the sky satelites focused on VE Africa going over its every inch. They began marking targets, airfields, SAM sites, artillery batteries, marshalling yards everything. Other sats turned their eyes to the sea hunting for the location of VE mercheant and military ships. Soon enough everything would be ready just another day or two for the recon to finish and the war would commence.
