OOC: Anyone can come in and RP the small tribes. I posted their information and sizes.

IC:

A total of 2,000 warriors, mostly Spearmen and Heavy Archers, martched. 5000 to the Farbini Tribe, 1,000 to the Dugahh Tribe, and 500 to the Fuhra Community.

They were not marching for booty, supplies, or just to be mean, but for what the Most Supreme Leader said was "To unite the region of Virginia in a quick swoop. To bring us to immortality, and to our ultimate goal, to reunite the entire state of Virginia."

It was unclear on his exact view on expansion, until an additional 4-ship fleet moved on torwards the Chesapeake Tribe, which was almost as civilized as a CityState, and would be the hardest battle. 10,000 men were being sent to fight off the Chesapeakens and their fleetless coasts would be their downfall for sure as 5,000 would cme from Norfolk Community and 5,000 would come from their argecultural north, near Statel.

OOC:
Dugahh 230 total citizens
Farbini 780 total citizens
Chesapeake 5,800 total citizens

News of the Virginian expansion reached Monthill late. The High Priest was rather scared by the news. He feared these Heathens secretly. Although he had no idea when his message would reach Norfolk. The message read:

"Attention Heretical People of Norfolk,

We, the Chosen People of Joab [HAIL JOAB!], are not quite sure what you mean by these potential Converts, but we can only assume that your Devilish plans are meant to intimidate. Let it be known that your petty army of Heathens will be destroyed if they ever march into the southlands and threaten the Chosen People of the only True God! We hope that soon you will realise the error of your Heretical ways!

High Priest of Joab
Lucifer Imperatis
Monthill"

Berd was aware of Monthill's existance, but was unaware of their belives, customs, or anything of that matter.

He simpley sent a messanger with the message "We are only uniting the Virginian State, and in our conquests, hope to claim peace in the lands. We will not stop until Virginia has been united, for I have promised my people I shall give them the common name of Virginians, not Norfolkese.

If you must protest, do. For I will not studder, nor end my orders."

The men marched on and on into the tribe of Farbini (cyan) in the middle of the night. It was pratically unprotected, and what few hunters there were gave little damage to the advancing army.

Women screemed, men begged for their lives in payment for their family's safety, and warriors fought to protect the tribal leader. After all the warriors were slain, Berd himself came up from the masses of the spearmen.

Not many knew him, only saw him as a warrior without a weapon. He came out and spoke in the state-wide tounge of Vriginian "All of those who wishes to unite this very state, which was how it was ment to be, come forward. Those who do not, shall perish in my quest to unite our communities and tribes into a single, peaceful, union."

After a minute, the first man walked forward. After him, more and more followed. Only two remainned after a while had passed. Two very old men, elders. "Shall you not side with the Virginians?" Asked Berd walking up to the tallest man.

The man spat in his face and grunted yelling in a raspy ungrammically voice "Go to Balthazar!" Berd stared at the man and nodded torwards him. An archer from affar took the shot quickly, right through the man's head.

The other man did the same action and was killed by an other archer.

"All of you are now Virginian, no longer part of the Farbini Tribe, but the Virginian Union." Announced Berd as he left to have the superiors in the division to create a self-dependacy program for the new community.

A day past and the Farbini Community was offically a Norfolkese community. As if the military was not tierd enough, the Dugahh-bound forces were re-directed to an other tribe called Virgi, which would be simple to capture, from recon has annouced it to be a pure merchant tribe and had wanted unitation with Farbini in the past.

OOC:
Mind RPing the beginning of the invasion of Chesapeake for me? I am sending 1,000 front men by the south for the first wave. If you don't mind, have yourself a large force there so we could have some interesting posts.

Coastal landings and northern invasion will not begin until the southern walls fall or stand.

In the heat of the morning while most hunters were out hunting and women cooking and keeping up the huts, a 30-man force walked into the tribe's center without much resistance, only a few fearful women and them running to get thier children.

This tribe, like so many others, spoke Virginian. It was easily seen when the Grand Elder came forth from his hut asking "May I plee why you have come?"

The lead man, holding a basterd sword-like metallic stick, spoke out saying "The state of Norfolk is going to reunite the Virginian State, as it should have been years ago. We wish for your tribe to become of this new union, or we will continue to fight eachother."

The elder made a few grunting sounds. He heard of Farbini's taking being forceful, and he did not want bloodshed. "Why must you fight to unite this land of ours?" He asked thinking of something totally different that seemed apparent to him.

"We wish not to, but some tribes are warrior-bound and will not unite peacefully as I am hoping you will. I ask that you use what ever form of communication you use to call back your hunters so we can make the future of this state shown before sundown." Said the lead man smiling.

A few hours past and one by one, hunters came back. Most had old bows and used arrows that had blood stains on them. Only eight hunters in all. Odd thought the lead warrior. He saw no farms, and if there was only these men for hunting and this out-dated form of hunting was practiced, how did this population survive an other day?

"May I ask how you support your people?" Asked the man after the elder annouced that was all. He looked at him oddly and made a small huff. "Our crop, mostly corn and weat, is just south east of this tribe. It was set ablaze by the Farbini tribe when we tould them we would not supply them with weat if they did not unite."

It was seen everywhere. Children and mothers were extremely thin, and so were the eight hunters. Their muscle was the only meat next to the boney flesh. It was sickening to an extent.

The lead man looked down for a few minutes and said "Well than, lets say we can help you rebuild your crop." He smiled, as did the elder.

After a week, Farbini, even with some rebel ex-hunters attacking, has been annexed. The hunters were hunted down themselves and killed after they killed three Viriginians.

In Virgi, or now called Virginia Beach, the crop was replanted and expected to grow as great as those in Glaouster soon.

But, something was sturring. Naval ships left port and Norfolkese men ran north armed with close-comba weapons. Five large catapults with about five large rocks each fire, was also being sent to the northern border. The war with Chesapeake would begin soon, and everyone knew that they would go down fighting.

"We cannot have such a threat to our borders inside Virginia. Such a domestic disturbance must be destroyed as a first priority. We request for Monthill's aid in taking the Unionated Tribes as that will be next after Chesapeake. "

Berd sent in his message to every tribe and state on the continent, litterally.

OOC:
Updated populations of the newer tribes:
Unionated Tribes: 54,000 added together (Mainly Evenly Distributed)
Dugahh: 3,400
Greater Farway: 230
Lesser Farway: 190
North Virginia: 450
West Chesapeake: 1,270

I would like it if only one person did the tribes, someone active. This way it will be fast. Also, SovietRepublicofRussia, I ask that if you wish to start an invasion of the Unionated Tribes, it will be a hard battle and a long war.

OOC: i will take the tribes

IC: Cheif Oldegon surved his army, a rag-tag group of men from the western chesapeak lands. He watched patiently as every man fieled out through the mud wall around the city. As the last of the 800 men left he and his guards rode out of the city on their horses, heading to the tribe of Duggah. he marched out of the city, and taking his last look at home, little did he know that he would never see home again.

In the East Chief Rans was also going to war. His army of East Chesapeakans headed to Norfolk. His army was bigger, due to the fact that they were mostly from lands outside of the action, so were not hampered by war. Mostly cavalry and archers, his army was more of a hit and run force rather than Oldegon's balanced strike force.

As chief Ogleon marched his army through the forest of Gareth he heard a rusteling in the trees. He told his guard to go examin it. Ogleon was very good at identefiying the sounds of animals, and this was a far softer noise than an aminal would make. The Guard Walked over and found nothing. They contiued on. As they were nearing the last mile of wooded area an arrow whizzed over Ogleon's head and embedded itself in a soldiers neck. he fell over dead. From then on it was chaos. Arrows were thick in the air, coming from unseen archers. many of the soldiers scrambled and were killed. Chief ogleon and his remaining men made a fast gallop to get out of the forest. They were almost out when the ground gave way to tar filled pits full of stakes. Ogleon jumped off his horse and barley got away. His three guards were impaled on stakes. An arrow lept from a hidden bowstring, and Ogleon fell over dead. when the last of the Chesapeak were killed the archers got out of the trees they had hidden in. They stepped over the dead cheasapeakan corpses and grouped in a circle. There were only 27 all told, originally 29, but two were struck by lucky arrows that were fired randomly by the crazed cheasapeaks. The leader of the archers pulled back his hood. He was Thodian, The leader of the North Virginians, the only allies chesapeak had. they walked of ignoring the bodys of the people they had betrayed, leaving only footprits.

the end of west cheasapeak (condensed)

The next day a lone soldier came limping into Chesak leaving a trail of blood behind him. The supreme chief looked him over and the soldier told the chief the news. For a few moments the Cheif just stared, blindly into the soldiers face, then he lost it. In a fit of rage he destroyed his hut and belongings.

Later wheen he regained sense he told the people. A back up militai was made and all that day people mourned for their dead.

The next day at sunrise, a force of around 200 North Virginians marched into Cheska. They were not stooped, as the Chesapeakans still didnt know who had massacered their army, so let them in. When the leader of the army got to town he asked to speak to the chief. When the chief came, he beheaded him. In the same instant the army ran to destroy the town. Building were burned, the men killed, and in the end all that was left of Cheska was thewall, and the forum.

The soldiers of Virginia feasted, and when they were done they left, burning the town to ashes, and taking the woman and children as slaves. Thus ended West Chesapeak

OOC: You do relize that I am trying to unite Virginia, not kill them all. Right?

IC:

As West Chesapeake and other smaller tribes started to fall, the road to the masses of the three most dominant tribes was on its path. A 2,000 man army, mainly spearmen, slowly worked their way across the forestry, slowing annexing each little bit.

They encountered a few wild animals, such as mountain lions and foxes, but most stayed away and scurred out of the path of the rambling and creaking pieces of the five catapults and men was heard from miles away.

After a long three-day walk, they had gotten to the hunting grounds of the Unionated Tribes. It was the weaker, more hunting-based tribe.

The men sent a scout ahead that knew their language, since it was not Virginian from intelligance reports.

He returnned with the words "Turn back." The enraged commander tould the capapult operators to load up and fire one round each at the tribe, which was bunched up in clay houses.

The archers were loading up and the spearmen began to sharpen their stone heads. Rapierists drew their swords and began for the secoundary assualt.

As the catapults launched with the men ontop almost losing their balance as usual, the spearmen ran first with oxen-drawn Rapierists quickly behind. Archers walked slowly, scanning the area with their sharp eyes.

The tribe was wide open, plain as day. A few hunters were gathered due to the fact that there were rocks, large ones, littering the housing and cooking centers.

They ran in, admediatly rounding up the citizens. Any of those who fought, were killed.

The rage continued for an hour as hunters slowly came back from hunting, weary of what was happening.

The first tribe was taken and would be annexed, but what about the other tribes that would surely try to take their old ally back?

Today, Berd, the Supreme Magistrate, annouced his plan for the United Virginian Union. In his map, which is not exact, he displayed Districts and major cities, slowly showing that the CityState of Norfolk was slowly turnning into the Virginian Union of Norfolk. The VUN, as it was called (Pronoused "Von") would be the "perfect and most safe place on our dear land," as the Supreme Magistrate commented to a small band of delegate reporters.

His map is displayed below.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v289/Truitt/74eca5bf.png

With his plan, he was wishing for forgien states' best wishes, and possibly, aid in expansion to make this dream come true.

He had already signned a bill to buy more catapults for the army and build two more ships for the navy, a project that was reported to cost about 1,200[tB].

There was some reserves from the farmming inflation that took place, at which farms grew too much and cheap selling made more surplus government funds than ever.

This campain would become a sucess, even if everyone was agenst them.

The Virginian forces slowly, but surely, made their way to the inner gates of the Unionated Tribes. They quickly agreed to unite for a better Virginia, as it was their own goal.

A few outter tribes of the Unionated Tribes did revolt, but were quickly slain. Their new target was now the far-western tribes of West Tribel of Virginia and Farbi. Farbi was not like the other Far-ruled tribes, it had each person armed as a soldier.

The day, known as Virginia's Reconing, began. Troops all across the Virginia Army moved into their targets. The Virginian Navy firred deadly catapult-barring rocks and arrows into coastal tribes. The push began as Virginia would be taken fully, lovingly or not.

Already, by day's end, five tribes had fallen. Chesapeake was near-callapse, and the Farbi Tribe was retreating into the mountains.

When East Chesapeak heard the news of the defeat the populus went into grief, but soon it turned to chaos. The Oracle Said that after the defeat that the gods would take their souls if they did not surrender thier lives, if so they would get no afterlife. The next week hundreds of drowned dead bodies rolled into virginain shore with the tide, desecrating the beach with stench.

The Supreme Magistrate watched in disgust as this wave of destruction hit the districts of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. He ordered them to be taken and given a warrior's funeral, as word had come to him that they were doing it out of religion.

As just half of the dead were rounded up and being burnt in a holy manner, more came and eventually ships were called to pick up the ever-present bodies. It seemed almost the whole tribe had commited suicide.

On a lighter note, the propossed Mary District had been taken and the only tribe eventually gave in as they propossed a self-governing style as all districts had. One by one, the Virginian State was becomming an empire.
