The leader of Tripoli and Acre stepped out of an armored helicopter as he worked his way to the podium, shaking citizens hands and kissing babies. He was Emperor Acre the 2nd who had been in power for 17 years on this day, and had declared that Tripoli and Acre would enter the International Sense. Until recently the large desert nation had been doing fine, but the people craved to learn, learn more about the outside world.

"People of Tripoli and Acre I come to you today and the people of the world to proclaim that our time of silence is over! We will fight for the honorable terms and goals that you my people have set through your few Civil Rights elections. We will build up our Naval and Marine forces and have our strong Desert Army already training for whats to come next!"

The crowd cheers, it is quite loud.

"People remember what we stand for, and we will grow strong! Remember that we stand for all that is Civil of the Empiral world and that we won't massacre civilians, won't press our believes, and we won't be to evil!"
