Russian Forces also wishes to confirm this. Ground troops, Air and Naval fleets will train with the IH forces so whenever the time may come, both nations can assist each other militarily in a very organised way.
Russias primary strength is on the ground and wishes to work effectively with IH's effective Naval and Air strategies that will give RF ground forces the edge in the battle.

Baltic Sea, 50 Miles East of the Lithianian Coast
IHS Raider had one of the most experienced crew’s in the IH navy. They had been involved in three conflicts over the past years and had the silhouettes of a pair of frigates and an SSK submarine on the mast of the Los Angeles Class 688I.
Captain Corry Amos had his command moving at a speed of five knots, at a depth of 300 feet, just below a thermal layer with his towed sonar a thousand feet behind the sub.
They were virtually invisible to sonar, thick rubber panels on the hull would absorb most of the sonar energy that was sent at them, at least that was the plan. They had never known for sure if any enemy craft had got a lock on them, but the only weapon launched on them had not acquired the sub.
That gave the Captain confidence, he had commanded the sub on two of the three conflicts, and now they were prosecuting a suspected Russian Alpha. The submarine and the others from its squadron were heading for the Russian base at St. Petersburg to begin an intensive training program with RF attack submarines, a wing of their navy they knew hadn’t received the most funding in the past.
Now having been called to the Sonar he assumed that they had the contact again.
“Chief what we got?” The Captain asked.
“Sir its definitely an Alpha. We lost it a minute ago but we have reacquired and confirmed it from the reactor noise. He’s sitting right on our transit lane, we would have mistaken it for the German wreck from WW2 if he hadn’t been moving when we got here. Guess we were quicker than they thought.”
“Ok Chief, well we know he’s there, bring us into an attack position then go active to tell them we are here.”
“Aye Aye Sir.”
Just under a day later they surfaced behind the Russian Alpha, and proceeded to one of the submarine piers at the base. Captain Amos looked to the pier and saw his Squadron Commander standing their, presumably the man next to him in Russian Naval uniform was his counterpart from the squadron that they would be playing with. Half Russian, half Hitmen, vs the rest of the squadron.
Later in the week they would be practicing against Russian surface forces to see if they could be penetrated easily.
OOC: Little bored, so its just showing whats going on a little.
One last BUMP as well.
