As Czar of Kahta, I would like to place an order of 400,000 Negroes so that I can have my scientists study them and write a conclusive report on the animalistic qualities of the species. I would also like to put them alongside white students in school settings with the EXACT same standards, materials, and resources applied to both, and see which race conducts itself better.

Conducting the study will be Dr. Anthony Consigli and a team of researchers from MacDonald University. The study will be financed by "Kahtans for the Betterment of the White Race".

As pertaining to the possible illegal shipment of members of a certain race, the President has now ordered a mobilization of Naval forces to blockade this trade. No certain numbers will be given at this time, but they will move to intercept any incoming vessel that contains members of the race in question. If Kahta backs down, then Jarridian forces shall retreat. However, if Kahta displays aggressions towards Jarridia, or does not follow our model, then they will come under attack by Jarridian Military Forces, as well as WWA Security Forces. This directive is the one and only. Kahta has no choices after this.

We are looking at what has happened in the past, such as in Nazi Germany, where their "experimentations" lead to killing.

We are simply taking them for what I explained, comparing them to white students in a closed experiment, the white students were picked for being the "middle of the pack", and we want to compare them.
