Chellis sends a representative to Allanea(basically closed)
The FS-10 transport aircraft lifted off from the Torres airfield, just as the Under-minister of foreign affairs, Pelias Nord, had gotten settled into his seat. The flight was fairly long; a naval-launched refueling aircraft would give the plane the fuel to reach Allanea. The aircraft began reaching Mach 1, the aircraft meant to be a fuel-efficient turboramjet that transported at speeds of up to Mach 1.7.
The flight was eventless, clear skies over the sea's, no attempts to shoot down the plane(Which was being covered by three V-131I's (A fighter-variant of the V-131 bomber, mainly using Aim-153's, and Mica's, as well as ECM, ECCM, long range radar, and lots of flares and Chaff)). As the FS-10 reached visual sight of Allanea, the V-131's broke off, to head toward a nearby carrier group to refuel.
The Under-minister was accompanied by three assistants, as well as his wife. Preparations had been made through private allanean companies to put these men into the best hotel in Allanea, though they were not going to be spending much time there.
As they arrived on the private airfield in allanea, they exited the plane and awaited their escort to their hotel, and eventually the planning area.
LibertyVille, Atlantic Island, Allanea
Agent Donaldson looked with mild interest as the Chellian aircraft descended. On the airfield, several huge black SUV’s awaited, owned by the CIA. Several black-clad guards armed with AAR-8 rifles stood by, their faces expressionless. Soon, a historical deal would be signed. Their job though was not to sign it – only to escort the Chellians to where the Secretary of State awaited. And for now, the only thing they could contribute to the affair was politeness and patience – and they had plenty of both.
Pelias was the first to step down from the aircraft, as the stairway was put to the plane. He studied his surroundings closely. Men with guns drawn, and secret service men stood nearby. Well, they had a right to be careful, he supposed. As long as they didn't start taking shots at him.
Pelias headed to the man that looked like he was in charge of the men. "It took us a bit later to get here than we planned. I suppose we had better get going." Pelias said in his best english, though he despised the language. He yelled for the secretaries to come (in chellian), and his wife too. They hurried out of the plane, and waited to head for the area of negotiations.
"We definitely should, Sir", the CIA Agent replied in Chellian, "Ms. Lee is awaiting for us.", he added, usherisng his guest into the luxurious SUV. "This is going to be a great day for both our nations - and an unsung one."

Sandra R. Lee, Allanean Secretary of state, awaited in her local office. She was wha many would call "scantily" dressed - "Dixie" jeans shorts cut down to the bare minimum, sneakers, and a shirt tied down to expose the lower part of her torso. Add in a beaming smile - and you got yourself the perfect business partner.
"You know chellian? Thats quite a feat, seeing as its illegal for chellians to teach the language to others. But I shant ask where you got it, Im sure you have your ways." Pelias said, as he entered the SUV.

After his secretaries and wife were dropped off at the hotel, Pelias headed for the Secretary of state's office. He knew that the future of chellis could very much change after this meeting, and he had to make sure it went off without a hitch.
She smiled as she dropped a sheaf of papers on the table. "Here it is, Sir. Classified, of course. A way, if you wish, to rid the world of a great evil - and to make you far stronger."
Pelias sat down, and began to read each of the documents. He took about ten minutes skimming them, and then set them down. "It all seems in order, though I will need to present a copy to one of my assistants to make sure everything is in order, though Im sure it is. Seeing as these strikes will need to be simultaneous, we will need to plan this out. Chellian troops are mobilizing as we speak for combat readiness, though we are currently facing a terrorist situation near the homeland. It will be over quickly though, we shall destroy the threat and nuke their homeland.
Anyways, we need to coordinate our forces well. I assume the information about all the attacks, etc are in here, as well as frequencies for friendly aircraft, etc? We don't want any situations, of course." Pelias continued, in almost an uninterested voice.
"Yes, indeed. Worry not - all we could plan for has been planned for."
